The old balustrade was wobbly and wasn't up to code, with gaps big enough to be dangerous for small children. The client wanted a modern timber slat style as a replacement and trusted our design we came up with. Using clear pine, we manufactured the balustrade on site and then installed it into the stairwell. The end result was not only safe, but looked fantastic. A nice simple way to modernize the space.
