This little porch is more than meets the eye! The existing porch had to be demolished as it was starting to fail structurally, which was no easy task being up on the second story with a further drop from the retaining wall. Once removed, the new porch could be constructed out of structural steel, timber and kwila decking. The steel was colour matched to the balustrade which is a mix of tinted glass and louvre type panels.
